Nordwind Growth
Nordwind Growth, formerly Nordwind Capital, is a Munich-based growth and small-mid buyout investor founded in 2012 that backs high-growth technology companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It historically invested deal-by-deal in majority buyouts alongside entrepreneurs and industrial families before raising its first institutional vehicle, the EUR 145 million NC Growth Fund I, which closed near its hard cap in November 2023. The firm writes equity tickets of roughly EUR 10-40 million per transaction across software, hardware, technology-enabled services, media and e-commerce, and manages around EUR 500 million in aggregate.
