First Momentum Ventures
First Momentum Ventures is a Karlsruhe-based pre-seed venture capital firm founded in 2018 that grew out of a student initiative into one of Europe's most active early-stage deep tech and technical B2B investors. It writes first cheques of EUR 200k to 1.5M across new industrials, energy, and compute, backing technical founders from lab to launch across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The manager operates through FMV First Momentum Ventures Management GmbH (Amtsgericht Mannheim HRB 728864) and closed its EUR 35M Fund II in April 2025.
