Human Impact Capital (HIC) is Germany's first dedicated early-stage social impact venture capital fund, launched in October 2022 by Berlin-based Redstone and EnjoyVenture with a EUR 50M vehicle. It is an Article 9 SFDR fund investing EUR 0.5-1.5M initial tickets from seed to Series A across three verticals: HealthTech, EdTech and Living, targeting digital models that improve individual wellbeing. Bank fuer Sozialwirtschaft is the anchor investor and its advisory board is chaired by Prof. Dr. Harald Schmitz and former German minister Brigitte Zypries. The fund is managed by investors from Redstone and EnjoyVenture and now sits within Redstone's social impact strategy.
