Investment thesis
Eiffel Investment Group positions itself as a positive-impact investor focused on financing the ecological and energy transition alongside broader corporate financing. Its private debt and private equity strategies target unlisted companies, with particular industrial expertise in energy transition, life sciences, agri-food and digital. The energy-transition infrastructure strategy lends to and takes equity in renewable energy and energy-efficiency assets, having deployed roughly €2 billion financing over 3,000 such assets. Tickets range from a few million euros for growth-equity stakes up to large infrastructure facilities exceeding €100 million. The limited partner base is predominantly large institutions including insurers, mutuals, pension funds, banks, family offices and public investors, complemented by retail investors via intermediated distribution. Value creation combines flexible capital structuring with deep sector and industrial expertise drawn from the Impala ecosystem.
