DeepTech & Climate Fonds (DTCF) is a German federal EUR 1bn evergreen growth-stage investor based in Bonn, financed by the Future Fund (Zukunftsfonds) and the ERP Special Fund. It backs deep-tech and climate-tech companies with long development cycles and high capital needs across Germany and Europe, writing initial tickets around EUR 5-10m and up to EUR 50m per company. Managed by DeepTech & Climate Fonds Management GmbH, it invests off a balance-sheet vehicle with a fund life of at least 25 years and is set to integrate into High-Tech Gruenderfonds from 2026.
