CEE Group is a Hamburg-based renewable-energy infrastructure asset manager founded in 2000, managing around EUR 2.7bn across onshore wind, solar PV and battery-storage assets in Western and Northern Europe through a series of closed-end institutional funds; it is wholly owned by Brookfield Asset Management and rebranded to CYCAP Asset Management GmbH in March 2026.
