Rocket Internet SE is a Berlin-based company builder and evergreen technology holding founded in 2007 by brothers Marc, Oliver and Alexander Samwer. It incubated, scaled and invested off its own balance sheet in internet and e-commerce ventures across six continents, producing marquee IPOs such as Zalando, HelloFresh, Delivery Hero and Jumia. Listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in October 2014, the company delisted in 2020 and continues to operate as a permanent-capital corporate venture holding.
