Clessidra Private Equity SGR
Milan, ItalyClessidra Private Equity SGR is the flagship buyout arm of Clessidra Group, founded in Milan in 2003 by Claudio Sposito and majority owned by Italmobiliare since 2016. A pioneer of large and mid cap LBOs in Italy through the Clessidra Capital Partners fund family, it targets majority stakes in Italian mid market companies with enterprise values of EUR 100-500m and equity tickets of EUR 40-100m, complemented since 2025 by the agrifood small cap fund Green Harvest. The wider group also runs separate Capital Credit and Factoring arms, which sit outside the private equity funds.
