Cipio Partners is a Munich-headquartered growth capital and secondary-directs investment firm founded in 2003, one of the early pioneers of European growth equity, making direct minority and growth investments in software, software-enabled and selective deep-tech businesses that generate more than 10 million euros of revenue. The firm invests via secondary-direct structures, growth capital, preferred equity and deferred consideration, typically deploying 5 to 15 million euros initially across Europe, and is a full member of Invest Europe with a Luxembourg fund-domicile office alongside its Munich base.
