YZR Capital
YZR Capital is a Munich-based, founder-led venture capital firm founded in 2021 by Teleclinic co-founder Prof. Dr. Reinhard Meier and ex-DPE Deutsche Private Equity investor Markus Feuerecker. It invests from pre-seed to Series A across European HealthTech, backing companies that improve patient care, provider efficiency and healthcare value chains, while deliberately avoiding pure biotech and DiGA-only models. Its debut EUR 100M Fund I (first close December 2022) is backed by the European Investment Fund, Bertelsmann Investments and Beiersdorf AG, and later by the Wachstumsfonds Deutschland (Growth Fund Germany).
