VeNetWork is an Italian club-deal investment company founded in 2011 and based in Mestre, Venice, gathering 80 entrepreneur members from the Triveneto region who back the acquisition, restart and growth of manufacturing SMEs in North-East Italy. It explicitly presents itself as an accelerator of productive and financial opportunities rather than an investment fund: the board approves a project, submits it to the members assembly, and VeNetWork plus the interested members then invest directly in the target company, so there is no blind-pool vehicle. Its four stated pillars are business scouting, financing, corporate reorganisation and systemic coordination of the group companies, which are increasingly grouped into sector clusters such as VeneVision in eyewear and VeneSport in sportswear and footwear. The firm reports 147 million euros invested since 2011 and, as of December 2025, 700 employees across 18 holdings under a renewed board chaired by founder Alberto Baban with Nicola Sartore as chief executive.
