UI Investissement
UI Investissement is an independent French private-equity manager born in 1967 within Credit Agricole and spun out as an independent house in 2004. From Paris and more than ten regional offices it backs unlisted French SMEs and mid-caps nationwide across development capital, LBO/transmission and innovation (deeptech and health) strategies, having supported over 600 companies with roughly 1.7bn euros under management. It scaled by absorbing regional and sector players including IRPAC, Invest PME, Sofimac, Kreaxi and FNB Private Equity, and runs specialised vehicles such as the Pertinence Invest deeptech funds, the Majycc health fund, the Cap Autrement impact fund and the FNB Europe agrifood funds.
