Paris-based life-sciences venture capital firm founded in 2018 by Rafaele Tordjman, MD PhD, ex-Sofinnova Managing Partner, dedicated to financing breakthrough biopharma innovation for patient benefit across Europe and North America. Two funds: Jeito I closed at EUR 534M in July 2021 and Jeito II at EUR 1.23bn in April 2026, the largest-ever independent biopharma-focused European fund, for around EUR 1.73bn total AUM. The 22-company portfolio counts three trade-sale exits: Neogene Therapeutics to AstraZeneca (USD 320M total, 2023), HI-Bio to Biogen (USD 1.8bn total, July 2024) and EyeBio to Merck (USD 3bn total, late 2024), plus the Nasdaq IPO of Odyssey Therapeutics in May 2026 (ODTX, USD 304M raised).
