Tempus Capital
Tempus Capital is an owner-managed private equity firm founded in 2008 in Frankfurt am Main by Martin Herrmann and Marco Moser. It invests exclusively in mid-market companies in special situations across the German-speaking region, including turnarounds, operational realignments, restructurings, carve-outs and business succession. As a special-situations sponsor it acquires control positions deal-by-deal off its own balance sheet rather than through named institutional funds, and has built platforms in outpatient radiology and acquired the postal-services group Postcon National and Postcon NRW.
