Seed Capital de Bizkaia is a public regional venture capital manager owned by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia (Diputacion Foral de Bizkaia), founded in 1989 and based in Bilbao, that provides equity and participatory loans to early-stage and consolidation-stage innovative SMEs and social-impact projects in the Bizkaia province through evergreen public vehicles including Fondo I, Fondo BI, the FEIS social-innovation fund and the BAF fund of funds.
