Ysios Capital Partners is a Spanish life-sciences venture capital firm founded in 2008 with offices in Barcelona and San Sebastian. It is the largest life-sciences VC in Spain, managing more than EUR 400 million across its BioFund vehicles and backing biotech, medtech and diagnostics companies developing novel therapies for high unmet medical needs. Its track record includes multiple Nasdaq listings and trade-sale exits such as STAT-Diagnostica to Qiagen and Sanifit to Vifor Pharma.
