Stellum Capital is an independent private-markets manager based in San Sebastian and owned by the Artizarra foundation, a group of Basque and Navarrese entrepreneurs. It manages around 250 million euros across growth private equity (Stellum Growth I and Stellum Food & Tech I) and venture capital (Easo Ventures I and II), taking mostly minority stakes in small and mid-sized Iberian companies, chiefly in the Basque Country and Navarre. The Stellum brand launched around 2021 on top of the Easo Ventures vehicle created in 2018, with the SGEIC management company registered in 2023. It also runs offices in Bilbao and Pamplona.
