Rivage Investment
Rivage Investment is an independent Paris-based asset management firm founded in 2010 by Herve Besnard, specialising in private debt financing of infrastructure, essential assets and public-sector entities across Europe and North America. It is the largest independent infrastructure debt manager in Europe (ranked eighth worldwide), managing circa EUR 8.3 billion for institutional investors across the credit risk-return spectrum, from investment-grade senior secured infrastructure and public-sector lending to high-yield, impact and growth debt focused on the clean-energy transition and decarbonisation. With 62 professionals in Paris, London and New York, Rivage has deployed EUR 9.2 billion across more than 300 private credit financings. AXA IM Prime acquired a 20% GP stake in July 2024.
