QVM Privatkapital is an independent, owner-managed Hamburg investment firm founded in 2017 by former Lampe Privatinvest executives Victor Antunes and Andreas Toedten. It provides equity to profitable German-speaking mid-market companies (EUR 5-75m revenue) via majority and minority stakes, funded by the QVM management and a fixed circle of entrepreneurial private investors rather than institutional LPs. It deliberately avoids rigid fund structures, holds long term with no fixed hold period or exit pressure, and excludes restructuring or turnaround situations.
