PT1 (PropTech1 Ventures)
PT1, formerly PropTech1 Ventures, is a Berlin-based early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2018 by Nikolas Samios and Anja Rath, investing pre-seed and seed capital in technologies transforming the built and physical world across three clusters: electrification and energy transition, built-world AI and automation, and climate and infrastructure resilience. It runs a Berlin and London platform, writes initial tickets of roughly EUR 0.3m to EUR 4m, and closed Fund I at EUR 50m and a first close of Fund II at EUR 44m against a EUR 100m target.
