Magnetic is a Berlin-based early-stage venture capital firm, the 2022 rebrand of June Fund (founded 2017, backed by Google CBO Philipp Schindler and industrialist families as a quiet permanent-capital investor). Led by founder and managing partner David Rosskamp, the firm backs software-driven technology companies transforming critical industries across four domains: the compute-energy stack, security and resilience, financial technologies, and physical-economy systems. Its latest institutional vehicle was capped around EUR 120M (down from a EUR 220M target). Legal entity Magnetic GP GmbH.
