Investment thesis

PEQ Invest deploys capital through approximately three plus vehicles (PEQ Invest, PEQ Invest II and successor vehicles), targeting active-partnership buyout and growth in entrepreneur-led Swedish SMEs, combining capital, strategic direction and operational execution while founders stay active. Sector focus follows three themes (cleantech, tech enablement, changing demographics) spanning transportation, food tech, life sciences, photonics, logistics and environmental services. Geographic deployment is Sweden core with some Finland. The platform is backed by a network of entrepreneur and athlete LPs focused on founder-retained operational partnerships.

Recent activity
