Impilo
Impilo is a Nordic healthcare-focused investment company founded in 2017 by former Altor partners Fredrik Stromholm and Jesper Eliasson, based in Stockholm with a second office in Copenhagen. It targets majority and large-minority investments in pharmaceutical, medtech, specialist pharma services and healthcare services companies with enterprise values of roughly EUR 50m to 200m across the Nordics. Impilo has raised about EUR 2bn since inception through two SEK investment pools and its first euro-denominated closed-end vehicle, Fund II, which closed at its EUR 700m hard cap in June 2025.
