Patricia Industries is the wholly-owned subsidiaries arm of Investor AB, the Wallenberg-controlled listed holding company, established in 2015 to make long-term controlling investments in unlisted companies in the Nordics and North America. It deploys permanent balance-sheet capital with no exit horizon across three priority areas: medical technology and life-science tools, industrial technology, and real estate and infrastructure. At 31 December 2025 the business area was reported at an adjusted value of SEK 225.4bn including cash (about EUR 20.4bn at EUR/SEK 11.07), spanning holdings such as Molnlycke, Laborie, Nova Biomedical, Sarnova, Permobil, Piab, BraunAbility, Vectura and Atlas Antibodies, plus a 40 percent stake in mobile operator 3 (Tre Skandinavien).
