Volati is a Stockholm-based, Nasdaq Stockholm-listed Swedish industrial holding company and serial acquirer (compounder) founded in 2003 by Karl Perlhagen and Patrik Wahlen and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2016. It makes direct majority acquisitions of profitable, niche Nordic operating companies and holds them long term within business areas, funding deals from its permanent balance sheet rather than a closed-end fund. After the June 2026 spin-off and separate listing of Salix Group and the 2021 spin-off of Bokusgruppen, the group comprises five business areas: Communication (Scanmast Mafi), Corroventa, Ettiketto Group, S:t Eriks Group and Tornum Group.
