Palero (palero capital GmbH) is a Munich-based small and mid-cap special-situations investor founded in 2010 that acquires carve-outs, family businesses and turnaround situations across the DACH region, targeting companies with EUR 30-300 million in revenue and deploying up to EUR 20 million of equity per deal with a hands-on operational value-creation approach. The firm has completed more than 40 transactions across four fund generations and closed Fund IV at its EUR 100 million hard cap in December 2022.
