Orienta Partners
Orienta Capital Partners is a Milan-based Italian investment firm, founded in 2011, that backs high-growth small and mid-sized Italian companies through club deals assembling networks of entrepreneurs and co-investors. It takes majority or minority stakes and supports its holdings with M&A, internationalization and management upgrades, and in 2021 it launched the FA R Evolution investment holding dedicated to sustainable and innovative businesses. The firm is led by founding partners Mario Gardini, Sergio Serra, Augusto Balestra and Giancarlo Galeone, and has completed around 30 investments since 2017 across food, packaging, cosmetics, aerospace, nutraceuticals and industrials.
