Multicroissance
Multicroissance is the captive private equity arm of Banque Populaire Occitane (BPCE Group), founded in May 1987 and headquartered in Balma near Toulouse. The firm invests its own balance sheet across south-west France mid-market companies, taking minority equity and quasi-equity stakes of up to EUR 5-7M per project across growth capital, transmission and capital restructuring transactions. Since inception Multicroissance has deployed approximately EUR 120M across more than 200 companies, with around 65 active participations spanning industrials, agribusiness, construction, distribution, healthcare, software, services, environment and aerospace. The five-person team operates without third-party LP pressure for quick exits, enabling long-hold support of regional entrepreneurs in Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Multicroissance integrates ESG criteria across all activities and is not AMF-regulated as a portfolio management company, investing exclusively from its corporate balance sheet (EUR 18M share capital). President Catherine Mallet leads the firm via the parent bank Banque Populaire Occitane.
