Itago SGR (ITAGO SGR S.p.A.) is an independent Italian lower-mid-market private equity manager headquartered in Venice with a Milan office, founded in 2019 as a spin-out of the private equity team of the Finanziaria Internazionale (Banca Finint) group. It backs Italian SMEs with revenues of roughly EUR 10-100m through majority buyouts, shareholder-replacement and expansion-capital deals across industrials, consumer, healthcare and business services, applying limited leverage. The firm manages the legacy NEIP III SICAF and its own ITAGO IV fund, alongside a Scame Forni Industriali club deal, and reports about 35 investments and around EUR 300m deployed over the team's track record.
