Innovative-RFK
Innovative-RFK S.p.A. (brand i-RFK) is a Milan-based permanent-capital investment holding founded in 2017 by Paolo Pescetto and Andrea Rossotti out of the earlier Red Fish Kapital club-deal experience. It invests directly off its own balance sheet, taking majority and minority stakes in innovative Italian SMEs across digital, software, healthcare and financial-services sectors, and supports them with capital, financial advisory and strategic guidance. The self-managed holding is listed on Euronext Access Paris (ISIN IT0005391161) and has funded itself through equity crowdfunding and a minibond rather than a traditional closed-end fund; current leadership is Paolo Pescetto as President and Antonello Carlucci as CEO.
