Henkel Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of German consumer-goods and adhesives group Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, headquartered in Duesseldorf. Launched in 2020 to combine venture activity across Henkel's business units (its material-science CVC Henkel Tech Ventures dates to 2017), it makes direct minority equity investments in early-stage startups from late seed to Series B, with ticket sizes of EUR 0.5-5 million against a EUR 300 million balance-sheet mandate. It invests globally around the themes of Sustainovation and Digitalization, spanning climate tech, deep tech, enterprise tech, commerce/martech and longevity, and pursues co-innovation with Henkel Consumer Brands and Henkel Adhesive Technologies. It operates the sub-brands Henkel Tech Ventures (adhesives/materials) and Henkel dx Ventures (consumer/digital).
