Cusp Capital Partners is an Essen-based early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2021 by the former Tengelmann Ventures team led by Christian Winter, which previously backed Zalando, Delivery Hero, Klarna and Scalable Capital. The firm invests in European software and technology companies at the seed and Series A stage, focusing on industry-specific SME software, the intersection of digitisation and sustainability, digital products for lower-income consumers, and next-generation European digital infrastructure. Cusp launched with a 300 million euro Fund I and operates offices in Essen and Berlin.
