DX Ventures, which now operates as Delivery Hero Ventures, is the Berlin-based corporate venture capital arm of Delivery Hero SE, launched in January 2021 with an initial EUR 50 million balance-sheet allocation fully funded by the listed group and led by Managing Director Duncan McIntyre. The team has been responsible for over EUR 500 million of minority investments in founder-led, early-stage companies worldwide across on-demand services, food technology, fintech, AI, logistics and sustainable innovation, backing global names such as Impossible Foods, Rappi and Glovo. Its direct book spans roughly 33 companies including five unicorns, with typical checks of around USD 5 million at seed through Series B and a mandate to invest globally rather than only in the DACH region.
