ADCURAM Group is a Munich-based, owner-managed evergreen industrial holding founded in 2003 that acquires German-speaking Mittelstand companies through succession solutions and corporate carve-outs, then develops them operationally via a buy-and-build approach. It invests permanent balance-sheet capital rather than a time-limited fund, deploying up to about EUR 150m per acquisition and targeting companies with revenues roughly between EUR 50m and EUR 250m. Across roughly 3,000 employees its holdings generate over EUR 500m in combined revenue, spanning machinery, building products, prefabricated housing, sensor technology, contract research and industrial services. The M&A and operations activity is run by a small central team led from the Theatinerstrasse headquarters in Munich.
