Systemiq Capital is a London-based early-stage climate-tech venture firm spun out of the SYSTEMIQ advisory group, backing late-seed to Series A and B founders building the physical economy across electrification, nature and applied AI. It is authorised by the FCA as an AIFM (FRN 1031756) and was incorporated in March 2018. It has raised two funds, Fund I deploying USD 30m from 2018 with three exits, and Fund II which reached a USD 70m first close in 2022 targeting USD 200m.
