Qualitas Equity Funds
Qualitas Equity is a Madrid-based alternative asset manager founded in 2003 by Eric Halverson and Inigo Olaguibel. It began as a Spanish private-equity house running a 150 million euro buy-out and growth fund whose seven holdings included Grupo Garnica Plywood and Tuenti, then broadened into renewable-energy infrastructure (Qualitas Energy), a fund-of-funds platform (Qualitas Funds, later sold to P10), real estate and impact. This record covers only the direct private-equity and growth-capital sleeve (Q-Growth / Q-Capital); the energy-infrastructure and fund-of-funds arms are excluded per scope.
