Nazca Capital
Nazca Capital is an independent Madrid-based private equity manager founded in 2001 that specialises in control buyouts and growth investments in Spanish lower and mid-market family-owned SMEs. Across more than 116 transactions since inception it has raised a family of buyout funds (Nazca I to IV and the Small Cap I and II vehicles) plus selective co-investment vehicles and a dedicated aerospace and defence fund, with over one billion euros of assets under management. It backs consumer, industrial, healthcare and business-services companies with sales of roughly 10 to 300 million euros through organic growth, buy-and-build and internationalisation.
