Parvilla Investissements is a single-principal investment company founded in August 2006 by Jean-Marie Fabre, former Senior Partner at PAI Partners. Notable co-investments include Garavilla (Spain, consumer, 2010; exited to Bolton Group in 2015), Vulcain Engineering (France, business services, 2019; exited in 2023 to a consortium of Ardian, Tikehau and EMZ) and Litalsa (Spain, industrials, 2018; partial exit in November 2025 to Oquendo Capital and the CEO).
