Oyster Bay Venture Capital is a Hamburg-based early-stage venture firm founded in 2018 by food-sector operators Christoph Miller and Felix Leonhardt, investing exclusively across the food and beverage value chain from agri-tech to alternative proteins. It writes EUR 1-5 million initial cheques at Seed to Series B and backed early winners such as Oatly, air up, True Gum and GoodBytz; Fund I ranked in the top decile of European VC funds. In November 2025 it closed an oversubscribed Fund II of over EUR 100 million with EIF and KfW Capital as anchor investors.
