Bowmark Capital LLP is a London-based mid-market private equity firm founded in 1997 (originally Sagitta Private Equity, renamed Bowmark after a 2004 management buy-out) that backs UK services and technology companies across data and insight, managed IT services, software and tech-enabled business services. It manages and advises funds of over GBP 2 billion and makes equity investments of GBP 10-200 million in companies with enterprise values of GBP 25-300 million. Bowmark Capital LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 473422).
