The firm was founded in 2015 (first acquisition) as a GmbH structure independent partner-owned platform with GP commitment from Beyond Family and Friends (10 percent plus) backed by UN PRI and EIF.

Investment thesis

Beyond Capital Partners deploys capital through three flagship funds (Beyond Capital Partners Fund I, II, III), targeting buy-and-build buyout for SMEs with succession solutions and expansion capital. The platform transforms regional heroes into national champions across the DACH region. Sector focus spans healthcare, B2B services, marketing agencies, software distribution, e-commerce, industrial cleaning, security solutions and optometry and acoustics. Geographic deployment is concentrated on DACH (Germany core, Austria, Switzerland) emphasising sustainable entrepreneurship.
