Sosteneo SGR is a Milan-based greenfield energy-transition infrastructure manager launched in 2023 as an affiliate of Generali Investments, majority-owned by Generali Investments Holding alongside its founding management partners. It makes equity investments in construction-ready clean energy assets across Europe and Australia, spanning solar, battery storage, gas peaking and grid infrastructure, and manages combined assets of over EUR 1 billion across its Clean Energy Infrastructure Fund I and Fund II.
