RGreen Invest is an independent, mission-driven French asset manager founded in 2013 by Nicolas Rochon and dedicated exclusively to financing the energy transition and climate infrastructure. Headquartered in Paris and managing around EUR 2.5 billion, the firm runs two complementary platforms: the INFRAGREEN series of equity infrastructure funds that take equity and preferred-equity stakes in renewable-energy developers and independent power producers across solar, wind and storage, and the INFRABRIDGE series of short-term senior debt and bridge-financing funds. It has also launched AFRIGREEN, a senior debt fund for green energy in West and Central Africa, and RSOLUTIONS, a growth-equity climate-technology strategy. A certified B Corp investing primarily across Europe with a growing focus on Central and Eastern Europe, RGreen Invest has deployed over EUR 3.4 billion across more than 3,000 energy-transition projects.

RGreen Invest is an independent mission-driven French asset manager dedicated to financing the energy transition and climate-change adaptation, founded in 2013 by Nicolas Rochon and headquartered in Paris, France. The firm is an AMF-regulated management company and a certified B Corp, with assets under management on the order of €2.5 billion as of December 2024. RGreen Invest has invested over €3.4 billion in debt and equity across more than 3,000 projects, predominantly in Europe, and manages around 1.6 GW of assets. The firm runs several fund families: the INFRAGREEN equity infrastructure series spanning vintages I to V, the INFRABRIDGE short-term senior-debt series, plus the AFRIGREEN and RSOLUTIONS strategies, and in December 2025 launched RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION, an evergreen ELTIF retail vehicle classified SFDR Article 9.
Investment thesis
RGreen Invest is an energy-transition infrastructure specialist deploying both equity and debt. Its strategy spans renewable-energy generation across solar and wind, electrification of uses, energy efficiency, storage and ready-to-build assets. The flagship INFRAGREEN equity series takes direct and indirect infrastructure positions across Europe, while INFRABRIDGE provides short-term senior bridge financing to developers and AFRIGREEN extends lending to renewable projects in Africa. Geography is primarily European with selective African exposure. The limited partner base is institutional, spanning insurers, pension funds and other long-term investors, increasingly complemented by private and wholesale investors via the new evergreen ELTIF. INFRAGREEN V reached a €900 million final close, up roughly 35 percent on INFRAGREEN IV. Value creation comes from developer relationships, project structuring expertise and accelerating the buildout of low-carbon infrastructure.

Recent investments include Econergy Renewable Energy in renewables, Akuo Energy in renewables, Smart Energies Transition in renewables, and Belenergia in solar energy through INFRAGREEN V. Recent exits include GDS Italia in solar energy (2025). The platform continues to deploy equity and debt across European and selective African energy-transition infrastructure, with the December 2025 launch of the RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION evergreen ELTIF extending access to private and wholesale investors.
