Parquest Capital is an independent Paris-based private equity firm focused on the French mid-market, founded in 2002 as the French franchise of ING Parcom Private Equity (ING Insurance and NN Group) and spun off as an independent management company in April 2014. The firm is owned 100 percent by its investment team and is led by founding partners including Denis Le Chevallier, Guillaume Brian, Pierre Decre, Thomas Babinet, Laurence Bouttier, Vincent Warlop and Camille Coutelet. Parquest manages approximately 850 million euros across three vintages: Parquest Capital I (2014, 300 million euros, anchored by NN Group), Parquest Capital II (2017, 310 million euros, oversubscribed) and Parquest Capital III (2024, 414 million euros, SFDR Article 8, oversubscribed final close in June 2024). The firm targets French small and mid-sized enterprises with enterprise values between 20 and 200 million euros, deploying 10 to 100 million euros per transaction in majority and minority structures, concentrating on business-to-business services, software, and health and care, and supporting management teams through primary and secondary buyouts, owner buyouts and family succession deals. The team numbers 21, including 7 partners.
