Fiftyfive Capital
Nordic Eye, rebranded as Fiftyfive Capital in 2025, is a Copenhagen-based venture and growth capital firm founded in 2016 by entrepreneurs including Peter Warnoe, Lars Tvede and co-founder Michael Tandrup. It backs early-growth technology and consumer/lifestyle companies with global ambitions across the Nordics, Europe, the US and Asia, typically investing 2 to 10 million dollars per company. After the rebrand it added a secondary-focused Liquidity Fund targeting exit-ready European tech companies. Notable holdings include Bellabeat, Podimo, AirHelp, Doktor.se, MoneyHero and the UK unicorn Cera; documented exits include the 2021 Nasdaq First North Copenhagen IPO of Donkey Republic and the 2023 Nasdaq listing of MoneyHero. The Danish management entity trades under CVR 42734969 at Havnegade 55, Copenhagen. Although this onboarding task labelled the firm German, it is Danish.
