Extendam
Extendam is an independent, management-owned AMF-regulated private equity firm and Europe's leading investor dedicated to midscale and upscale business hotels. Spun out of OTC Asset Management in 2013 and chaired by co-founder Jean-Marc Palhon, it acquires majority and co-investment stakes in hotel-owning SMEs (property plus operating business) across Continental Europe via professional FPCI, FCPR and SLP funds and club deals for private and institutional investors. As of end-2025 it managed roughly 5.1 billion euros of assets across 400-plus hotels and 32,000 rooms in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
