DB1 Ventures
DB1 Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Deutsche Boerse Group, launched in July 2016 and based in Frankfurt. It invests off the Group balance sheet into early- to growth-stage fintech startups along the capital markets infrastructure value chain, taking minority stakes of roughly 5-20 percent with tickets of EUR 5-25 million. It manages around EUR 400 million and holds strategic stakes in index, trading, collateral, private-markets and post-trade technology firms across Europe and the US.
