Claret Capital Partners is a London-based independent growth-debt and venture-debt fund manager backing European technology, life sciences and climate-tech companies. The firm was formed in 2020 by David Bateman and Johan Kampe through the management buyout of Harbert European Growth Capital, assuming control of the Harbert and Claret European Growth Capital funds whose platform dates to 2013. Since 2013 it has deployed over EUR 1.2 billion to more than 190 European SMEs and reports assets under management of over USD 1 billion.
