Felix Capital Partners LLP (FCA FRN 954410) is a London-based venture capital firm founded in 2015 by Frederic Court (ex-Advent Ventures) and Antoine Nussenbaum, investing at the intersection of technology and creativity across B2B SaaS/AI and B2C tech/products. The firm has raised four funds totalling USD 1.2 billion: Fund I (USD 120m, 2015), Fund II (USD 150m, 2017), Fund III (USD 300m, 2020), and Fund IV (USD 600m, June 2022).
