Felix Capital is a UK self-described venture capital firm for the Creative Class with approximately $1.2 billion of assets under management as of December 2024, headquartered in London. The firm was founded in 2014-2015 by Frédéric Court (ex-Advent Venture Partners) and operates as a partner-owned independent B Corp certified VC firm. Felix is Europe's first B Corp certified VC over $1 billion AUM, with four flagship funds (Fund IV closed June 2022 at $600 million).

Investment thesis

Felix Capital deploys capital through four flagship funds (Fund I through IV), targeting early to growth-stage venture capital at the intersection of technology and creativity with cheques from $1-20 million (Series A and B) extending to $50 million for growth rounds. Sector focus spans consumer tech, B2B SaaS and AI, creative industries, fashion and apparel, food and beverage and entertainment and gaming. Geographic deployment is pan-European core with selective North American exposure.

Recent activity

Recent realised exits include food and marketplace (La Ruche Qui Dit Oui, 2025) and food delivery (Deliveroo trade sale, 2025). Recent acquisitions include streaming and entertainment (MUBI follow-on, unicorn round, 2025) plus selective new portfolio additions across consumer tech (2 new investments LTM as of July 2025).
