About Arrow Global

Arrow Global is a vertically-integrated pan-European alternative asset manager with €10 billion plus of third-party fee-earning assets under management as of December 2024 (figure rose materially in 2024 after raising €4.2 billion in fresh institutional commitments), headquartered in London with Manchester operational hub plus offices in Portugal, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands and Germany. The firm was founded in 2005, listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2013 before being taken private by TDR Capital in October 2021. Arrow Global now operates as a privately-owned platform controlled by TDR Capital.

Investment thesis

Arrow Global deploys capital through six plus flagship vehicles including the Arrow Capital Partners series, ACO funds, real estate vehicles plus separately managed accounts, targeting three pillar strategies: Opportunistic Credit, Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Equity. The platform combines fund management with proprietary servicing platforms supporting loan-by-loan origination. Sector focus spans private credit, non-performing loans, real estate debt, real estate equity and specialty lending. Geographic deployment is pan-European with strongest presence in UK, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands and Germany.

Recent activity

Recent realised exits include credit and real estate portfolio (CPP Investments European NPL portfolio, May 2026). Recent acquisitions include credit management (Amitra Capital from CPP Investments, €4 billion AUM in Spain and Portugal, May 2024), real estate development (Interboden, Germany) and engineering and sustainability services (Transfor, Portugal, February 2026).
